Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She earned her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows in the year she turned 16. After 17 years, she, she won her pro card. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel paused her career for six years to pursue her education. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to stage in 2015. It was the same as when she had left off in the previous shows, which included the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more seasons, setting new goals each year. She took home four other fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took 6 years before completing her studies when she earned the Pro Card. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. The summer of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage two months later to take home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was thrilled of her performance. Considering she was battling against only the very best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part for training includes her lower back. The routine for her back consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups with a machine and bent-over rows. The majority of the time she warms up then moves on to the workout sets. Ariel is also efficient with time. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this similar routine two times per week, with one day being light weight day, another day that is heavy.
