Luke Grimes was an American musician and actor who appeared in numerous famous TV shows and movies including American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey Yellowstone. Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal minister, and Angie Barker are his parents. Luke Grimes is the son of Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal pastor, and Angie Barker. He has three sisters: Racheal Abby Grimes and Seth Grimes. A strict and religious family, he went to Dayton Christian High School. Luke quit high school after graduation in 2002, to relocate into New York City and pursue the goal of becoming an actor. He enrolled in 2002 at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where he spent two years pursuing his studies in acting. His musical talents were also developed through singing and guitar classes.
